Not only does it make it easier for us operationally, it is convenient and speeds up check in times for the guests. Once they’ve downloaded the app guests can monitor their room and check-in early if the room is ready. Feedback from guests has been very positive – they like not having to queue and being able to leave their room key at the hotel when they go out!
